What do we offer?
We will send a Minister or Destiny’s Hope volunteer to the hospital to meet with the family when they have a tragedy from a DUI offender. They are there to help offer prayer and to see what needs the parents may have that Destiny’s Hope can help offer.
Things Destiny’s Hope Offer’s
1. A Bible- With all the Scriptures for Healing, Faith, Grace and Salvation marked in it.
2. We will offer Blankets and pillows to the Parents and Siblings if they will be staying in the hospital during that time.
3. A Visa Gift Card for food to help with eating at local restaurants around the hospital.
4. We will try to find and put the Parents in a Local Hotel/Motel for a certain amount of time so they have a place to shower and rest when they get tired. The only stipulation to Destiny’s Hope getting a room for the Parents their residence must be 2 hours or more from the Hospital.
5. Destiny’s Hope will also help with a set amount to be discussed with the Parents only for a Funeral if the Child lost there life.
The things provided by Destiny’s Hope is always based off of Donations and Funding by the public. We are a Non For-profit Foundation so we do not have any Government funding.
What qualifies me for help?
You are a family with a child under the age of 18 and your Child is in the Hospital from a DUI driver. Or your Child life was taken by a DUI Driver.
We really wish we could help every family in America but the sad truth is we cannot. We are just starting to build the Foundation so if we are unable to help we are very sorry.
